Design
Trevor Caley, a graduate of Chelsea College of Art, has a wealth of experience in numerous facets of art in architecture. He has specialised in mosaic for over 30 years and is the company's chief mosaicist and designer.
Working from vague or explicit briefs Trevor Caley will liaise closely with the client to produce inspired design solutions for a wide range of projects and settings in classical, traditional styles to innovative contemporary treatments.
Small private schemes, to large contracts for the public sector are treated with equal care and attention.
Designs can be carried out in a variety of materials including ceramic, marble or glass. Fabrication methods can vary from directly applied intricate mosaic work to mass-produced jigged mosaics pre-fabricated at their workshops for fast installation on site. Alternative treatments can include stunning combinations of mosaic with tile, terrazzo or stone paviors.
